How we work

For Vendors

We advise on positioning, timing, and buyer targeting for asset disposals. Where instructed, we identify and approach relevant institutional counterparties from our network and support the transaction process through to completion. We act as agent for the seller only. We do not act for both parties in the same transaction without prior written disclosure and agreement.

For Buyers

We source off-market and selectively marketed acquisition opportunities aligned with specific mandates. We do not hold or manage capital on behalf of buyers.

  • We do not act as placement agent for fund interests or securities
  • We are not FCA-authorised
