Deal Origination Desk
Our in-house desk works as trusted sourcing partners with foreign capital investing in Real Estate assets across UK and Europe.Working on specific single- or multi-mandates, we support the full deal cycle.
Transitional & Bridge Financing
We exclusively work with UK-based and -incorporated borrowers working on Living conversions (PBSA, Co-Living, HMO, Office-to-Flats) through a trusted network of UK-based lenders with capacity for expedient solutions starting from £2m. North West & London.
Capital Formation Preparation
We support GPs, (emerging) fund managers, and developers to structure, model, and position living-sector assets for institutional capital, including financial modelling, data room + DDQ architecture, investor materials + narratives, LP roadmapping.
Social Impact-as-a-Service
Specific to Living assets and communities, we consult, design, implement, execute, manage and report our proprietary Social Impact Investment Programmes. These programmes are designed to generate an NOI-uplift on asset-levels until exit.
