About
Edenwell Advisory is a specialist real estate advisory and transaction preparation firm. We work with developers, operators, and fund managers to structure, model, and position living-sector assets for institutional capital — and to make introductions where relevant within our network.
We do not manage capital.
We prepare transactions to the standard institutional capital expects, and connect clients with the right counterparties, working exclusively with institutional investors, family offices, and professional capital allocators.
